Imprimatur’s global communications agency expands with strategic appointments and an enhanced international presence

(London, 8th January 2020) Imprimatur, the global communications agency, has started the new decade with a duo of strategic appointments to support its PR and Communication division, bringing in global automotive, lifestyle, technology and digital experience to complement existing expertise and further support its performance, automotive and luxury clients.

Duncan Forrester has joined as Communications Director, with over two decades of international PR and Communications leadership experience at some of the world’s most recognisable car brands, including BMW, Volvo and McLaren. He was previously Global Head of PR for Polestar, the new electric performance brand, where he curated the media introduction to the brand and its first two products. Building on that experience, he then set up the world’s first PR consultancy specifically focussed on automotive start-ups and electric vehicle brands, supporting – amongst others – companies such as INEOS Automotive to develop and implement their in-house PR and Communications function.

Jack Mansell joins Imprimatur as Head of PR and Digital. He brings more than 15 years’ experience in both corporate and consumer communications and sports sponsorship. He began his career at M&C Saatchi, spending over a decade heading up Coca-Cola’s global communications function for their FIFA World Cup and Olympic Games sponsorships. Most recently, Jack held the position of Head of Media & Communications at Goodwood; working across the group’s portfolio of businesses, he delivered award-winning PR campaigns for Goodwood’s headline events and experiences, spanning sectors including motorsport, technology, lifestyle, retail and B2B.

Mark Harrison continues as a Director of Imprimatur, having set up its PR division in 2018. He offers clients a unique combination of PR and commercial experience gained from both established and start-up global automotive brands. Prior to launching Imprimatur’s PR division, Mark played an integral role in the launch of McLaren Automotive and, prior to that, he managed BMW UK’s PR operation, which involved the launch of the new MINI.

Imprimatur is on track to open its Far East headquarters in Hong Kong in Spring 2020; this new office will manage representation in ASEAN, China, Australia and New Zealand.
